A lot to Allot

While this one should be easy, I still see it messed up A LOT.

a lot, n. a great many, a great deal
adv. greatly
allot, v. divide or distribute

Even if you want a lot of cookies, the teacher will allot them evenly, so please don’t whine a lot.

NB: *alot is not a word.
